Brazil is the biggest country in South America the capital city is Brasilia. The official language is Portuguese and the 71% of Brazilians are Catholics. The population is 2.5 million of habitants.Brazil’s geography is different there are mountainous regions, dry and wet weather; in the north the weather is tropical. In this region there is the largest river of the world it is Amazon river. In the southeast is Rio de Janeiro here the weather is subtropical also there are wonderful places like Iguacu waterfall it’s in Paranà region.
Rio de Janeiro is the biggest city of Brazil and the most beautiful cities in South America it’s famous for Copacabana beach, It has thosand of tourist every year; Cristo Redentor statue is on the top of Corcovado hill, Maracanà stadium of soccer and Carnival of Brazil is on the avenue called Sambodromo.
Every year Brazilians celebrate Carnival, the most popular is Carnival of Rio, here the most famous schools play music and dancing samba.
Brazil has important personages such as Pele; he is the best soccer player, Ayrton Senna was a famous pilot of F1. He was 3 time champion of the world; he died in a terrible accident, and now there are importants Brazilians pilots of F1 with Felipe Massa (Ferrari) and Rubens Barichello (Honda).
